Results Day

Thursday 15th August - GCE AS & A Level, BTEC Level 3, BTEC Unit Grades

Thursday 22nd August - GCSE, L2, BTEC Tech Awards, iGCSE

 

Results will be available to collect from 8am onwards from Phase 5

 

If you are unable to collect your results in person then you may:

 

  • Nominate someone to collect results on your behalf. If you would like to follow this route then email sandeep.kang@reachacademy.org.uk from your school email address with the name of your nominated person. If you are using an alternative email then also state your Full Legal Name, Year Group, Date of Birth, your address, name of your Parent/Guardian as well as the name of your nominated person. On results day the nominee will need to bring in photo ID
  • Request results to be emailed to yourself, however they may not be available until later on in the day or the following day. If you wish for this to happen then email sandeep.kang@reachacademy.org.uk and your results will be emailed to your school email address
  • Have the results posted to you. Please note, results may be posted later on in the day or on the following day
  • Results not collected on the day will be available to collect from Reception on the following day

 

POST RESULT SERVICES

Post result services are available after you receive your results and include the following options:

  • Clerical re-check: A check of all clerical procedures which lead to the issuing of a result
  • Review of marking:  A review of marking of units/components by a second examiner. This service is also available as a priority service for A Level students
  • Copy or scripts: Available to students. In some instances, staff may wish to obtain a copy of your script for teaching & learning purposes. If so, they will approach you for your permission

Applications to request a service will be available on results day. Please note, applications will be processed after payment has been received with the exception of a Priority Review of Marking where the outcome of the application will be withheld until payment has been received.

Following a post result review your mark or grade can go up, down or remain the same.

 

 

CERTIFICATES

Certificates are proof of your qualifications and results, you may need to show these to your university or future employers.

A ‘Celebration Ceremony’ will be held around December 2024/January 2025 in which you will be presented with your certificates. The exact date of the Celebration Ceremony and more information will be given on Results Day.

If, however you are unable to attend then your certificates will be available to collect from Reception.

Please note, any unclaimed certificates may be destroyed after a year. If so, you will need to pay a fee in order to obtain these.
