Wellbeing Hub

What is the Wellbeing Hub?

We are very proud to be members of the Wellbeing Hub – a fantastic resource about young people’s wellbeing and mental health. It offers access to expert help and guidance for pupils, parents and staff.

This external provider is led by therapist Alicia Drummond, and supported by a team with expertise in psychotherapy, psychology and neuroscience.

Interactive Online Platform

It is a live and interactive online platform, offering a proactive approach to young people’s wellbeing and mental health, by providing information and practical support.  On the Hub you will find more than 2,000 expert-led, evidence-based resources, and regular podcasts on particular subjects that many parents are facing, including anxiety, autism, ADHD, addictive behaviours around smartphones and gaming and much more.

Monthly Q and A

On the first Tuesday of every month there is a focus on a particular area of mental health and wellbeing, with live Q and A sessions with Alicia Drummond and a team of experts. There is truly something on every subject that both children, young people and parents might find challenging.

Wellbeing Hub Courses

There are a number of age specific courses that parents can join to find out how to navigate certain developmental milestones, whether your child is neurotypical or neurodivergent.

Young People’s Stories

If you want to hear from other young people how they dealt with a number of challenges they faced. They write about a range of issues from the teen social scene, to navigating exams to dealing with addiction on the Hub.
