Who are we?

Reach Academy Feltham is a highly successful and nurturing all-through school for 4-18 year olds. It was founded by a group of teachers who know that all children can achieve great things.

Our unique and effective structure promotes a sense of community and continuity that has resulted in significant success over the past decade. We are dedicated to training excellent teachers, building strong community relationships, and realising the potential of every pupil.

What makes our model successful?

All-through

From nursery to sixth-form. This structure enables pupils to feel part of our school, all the way through their school career. It also means we’re able to walk with families through many important milestones.

Excellent teaching

Reach Academy Feltham is filled with committed teachers doing their utmost to ensure that pupils realise their potential. Our educators are committed to thoughtful and effective professional development.

Small school

Having only 60 pupils max in each year group ensures strong personal relationships and high levels of personalisation. We can create a community where no pupil is left behind.

Clear expectations

We expect all pupils to work hard and be respectful of others at all times. During the school day we work to minimise distractions and maximise joy and learning.

High aspirations

Every pupil will work towards top grades and the opportunity to succeed at a top university. Our aim is for every student to flourish on their chosen career path.

We are committed to effective professional development and also offer a variety of ways to begin a career in teaching through our exciting teacher training courses.

Train to Teach at Reach

If you want to get into teaching, look no further. We offer excellent teacher training in west London. Whether you’re looking for a PGCE or QTS qualification, we support you all the way.

You will be taught by experts who are still teaching at our fantastic schools here in Feltham, and your in school practise will be either here or in the surrounding areas.
