Reach Academy Feltham is an all-through school with two entry points for admission which are Reception and Sixth Form.

For Reception, we welcome 60 children every year into two form classes. Our sister school next door, Reach Academy Hanworth Park, accepts 90 children every year into three form classes. During the autumn term we hold a number of Open Events for the parents of children starting school the next year so that they can visit both schools.

For September 2027 entry, the deadline for applications opens on 1st September 2026 and closes on 15th January 2027 and you need to apply through the e-admissions portal here.

Our two schools collaborate and work together to ensure all our pupils receive the best support and education during their time with us, and go on to enjoy a life of choice and opportunity.

We also have a nursery on site which has places for 2-4 year olds. Children who are attending our nursery and are eligible for the Early Years Pupil Premium will get priority admission for Reception. All places are allocated in line with our Admissions Policy which can be found here

Priority Admissions Criteria – pupils eligible for the pupil premium

The pupil premium grant is funding to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in state-funded schools in England and we encourage all families to apply.

For new pupils wishing to be considered for entry under the pupil premium oversubscription criteria, either in-year or as a new pupil for Reception, you’ll need to apply using our Supplementary Information Form (see below). We will work with the council to ensure that your Supplementary Information Form and Common Application Form are joined up.

A child is eligible to be considered under the pupil premium when the following apply:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
  • Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit – if you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)

If submitting an in-year transfer from another school, you can provide a letter from your child’s current school which states that your child is eligible for Pupil Premium, and is eligible for free school meals, as supporting evidence.
