Pupils, parents and staff at Reach Academy Feltham are celebrating the outcome of the full inspection that took place on 24th and 25th September 2024, in which the school was judged to be outstanding in all six categories inspected.

The inspection found that the Quality of Education was Outstanding, stating that there are ‘high-quality learning opportunities within a culture of care.’ It was observed that ‘teachers subject knowledge is excellent’ and the school offers a ‘highly ambitious curriculum for everyone.’

The Personal Development was graded Outstanding, stating that ‘there are exceptional opportunities to learn in the classroom and through enrichment activities’ and ‘pupils access a future of opportunity and choice.’
The Behaviour and Attitudes was graded Outstanding, stating that Behavior is excellent’ and that ‘pupils learn early on to conduct themselves maturely and with a deep respect for other people.’
Early Years was also graded Outstanding. The report stated that ‘pupils rapidly learn to read with fluency’ and that there is an ‘expert and consistent approach to phonics’.

Leadership and Management was also graded Outstanding, the report noting leaders ‘share a drive and ambition’ leading to parents being ‘overwhelmingly happy with the education and support that their children receive.’
Finally, the sixth form (Feltham College) was also graded Outstanding. Stating that ‘sixth form students model positive behaviour to younger children’ and that ‘they are taught to feel optimistic about their futures.’
