Reach Academy Feltham has appointed a new Primary Co-headteacher, Harpreet Dhillon. Harpreet will take over from the existing Co-headteacher Matilda (Tilly) Browne when she moves into her new role of CEO for Reach Schools.
Harpreet will begin her role as Primary Co-headteacher in September 2026 alongside Manjit More, who is the Secondary Co-headteacher. Harpreet has a strong track record of leadership, curriculum excellence and a deep commitment to ensuring every child thrives. She currently holds the role of Deputy Head Teacher at Reach Academy Feltham. Her extensive experience in primary education and her commitment to the Reach vision, that every child deserves to enjoy a life of choice and opportunity, places her in the perfect position to build on Reach Academy Feltham’s strong outcomes and exceptional culture.
Harpreet is delighted: “It is a privilege to be appointed to lead Reach Academy Feltham’s Primary phase. I am excited to continue to work alongside our wonderful children, supportive families and dedicated staff. Together, we will continue to create an environment where every child feels valued and is supported to go on to live a life of choice and opportunity.”
Tilly Browne says: “Harpreet is an exceptional teacher and leader. She has deep knowledge of the local community and has a track record of excellent outcomes for all children. We are delighted that she is taking the next step in her career at Reach Academy Feltham.”
Reach Academy Feltham opened in 2012 and has been rated outstanding by Ofsted twice. It is an all-through, non-selective state school. Reach Academy Hanworth Park opened next door in 2024, and is growing with a new intake of reception and year 7 pupils every year until it is full. It is also non-selective. Both schools are state-funded and non-fee-paying for pupils.
